Working principle : First depositing the raw material on the steel belt then go to baking oven .after baking ,spraying the oil on the surface of the cake .then lifting the cake for the turning over .after turning over ,cutting the cake into bar shape and spray cream or other stuff on the cake bar then rolling and cutting the cake bar into small pieces .at last you can get the swiss roll or layer cake.
